SUMMARY:Provide a safe and secure environment for customers and for company property and employees.  Assist customers as necessary to ensure their satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you may come in contact with.- Greet all guests and assist our guests as necessary to ensure their satisfaction and return to the casino.- Provide security on assigned security posts: maintain high visibility; handle problem situations; watch for safety hazards; provide assistance in medical situations if required. - Patrol buildings and grounds of the facility as directed. - Stand watch at assigned security posts in order to oversee the comfort, safety and security of our guests.- Provide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credits. - Provide assistance to customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc. - Provide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessary.- Monitor all entry and exit from soft count, and vault, and maintains logs of these activities if required.- Dispatch other officers to various assignments and maintain activity log sheets. - Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.- Responsible for the overall integrity of daily operations, ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal control, and policies and procedures.- Must be knowledgeable of all special events and promotional activities available to guests.- Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same.- Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.- Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and supervisors.- Adhere to all departments/company policies and procedures. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.  SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SUMMARY:Responsible for the collection and count of slot cash cans from the gaming floor and the subsequent cash and ticket count conducted in the count room in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals.  Safeguard casino assets at all times. Count Team members are paid hourly, working Mondays and Fridays as well as the first of the month. Count team members shift length will vary based on business volume and will regularly be longer than an 8 hour shift. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Promote and maintain all steps in the Marquee Service program with each casino guest and fellow employees you come in contact with using ACES.- Exchange “hot” slot cans for “cold” slot cans through a process of opening the slot machines and scanning various barcodes in an extremely fast and accurate manner.- Prepare to count money; open slot cans, remove money/tickets and attach barcode for preparation of machine count.- Scan slot can barcode and send money through a Money Processing System machine which separates all currency denominations and tickets.- Strap and brick all money into appropriate values after running through MPS machine.  All straps are dated and initialed by person.- Download and import all files including currency and tickets from the MPSs to be sent to Revenue Audit.- Count each denomination and record on a worksheet and verifies with all members of the team. - Verify grand total with Revenue Audit.- Prepare transfer of all cash to be received by vault.- Complete preventative maintenance on cash cans and other equipment used by the team.- Abide by all Gaming regulation and policies and internal controls.- Maintain integrity and discretion regarding cash amounts.- Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and the manager.- Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
