- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of company internal control system and departmental policies and procedures- When necessary, is hands-on to ensure completion of scheduled tasks- Ensure efficient use of currency counting equipment and ensure that daily maintenance requirements are completed- Responsible for counting all currency and reconciling all associated paperwork- Uphold a team work experience offering assistance where available or when requested.- Identify problems, make recommendations and participate in improvement as appropriate- Communicate information to supervisor, as appropriate, and provide detailed documentation for departmental procedures and updates
- Provide stellar customer service including participation in and promotion of customer service programs to continuously improve customer service.- Perform cleaning duties in all areas of the facility including, but not limited to cleaning, sweeping, mopping, washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and spot, stain or dirt removal of all floors, rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and draperies, dusting, scrubbing, sanitizing, and buffing including using some machinery as required such as vacuums or floor cleaners.- Maintain cleanliness of all areas including picking up litter, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning ashtrays and removal and transport of garbage.- Clean all walls, ceilings, doors, windows, sills, furniture, woodwork, and fixtures in all areas of the facility.- Clean and service restrooms including replenishing bathroom supplies.- Maintain accuracy of restroom sheets after cleaning- Stock and supply all service areas with appropriate cleaning supplies.- Assist all departments by responding to housekeeping calls.- Clean and maintain tables, chairs, fixtures, decor and machines as needed.- Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.- Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including use of appropriate personal protective equipment where applicable and keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.- Any job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:- Operates carpet shampooer and buffer- Ensures appropriate chemicals are used when cleaning and mixes appropriate chemicals- Responsible for moving furniture and cleaning of assigned areas- Maintains and cleans machines after use- Reports any problems to Environmental Housekeeping Supervisor- Adheres to all company policies and procedures- Mops, scrubs, rinses and polishes hard floors- Moves, rearranges and cleans furniture- Operates and controls all mechanical equipment including rotary machines, blowers and back vacuums- Recognizes and uses appropriate chemicals- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests
- Provide security on assigned casino or landing area: maintains high visibility, handles problem situations, watches for safety hazards, and provides assistance to medical officer. - Patrol of parking lots.- Provide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credits- Oversee customers entering & exiting: provide crowd control, direct traffic, check I.D., check for bottles and other items not allowed on Casino floor.- Provide assistance to customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc- Provide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessary.- Assist with table and slot drops.- Observe soft count crew doing the slot drop and transports funds to soft count room.- Provide assistance for table drop by providing drop boxes, observing the count, and securing drop boxes in soft count room.- Monitor all entry and exit from soft count, and vault.- Serve as dispatcher.- Dispatch other officers to various assignments and maintains activity log sheets.- Watch and record monitors.- Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.- Testify in court on behalf of state gaming boards.- Occasionally, strenuous physical activity is required.- Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.- Any reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel.
