- Responsible for directing overall Facilities operations for the property to include interior and exterior maintenance of all buildings and grounds, as well as mechanical systems and equipment to include utilities, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, natural gas, elevators, kitchen appliances, and televisions.- Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of day-to-day operations of current and future Construction/Engineering Projects for the property, working with Design and Construction department to satisfy the needs of the property.- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.- Coordinates operational changes to ensure the least amount of internal/external customer disruption.- Confers with consultants, regulators, and operations to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.- Coordinatse all activities with governmental, regulatory, or other agencies ensuring regulatory, internal controls, and policy and procedure compliance.- Responsible for capital expenditure requests and operating budgets.- Ensures consistent high quality standards are maintained in areas of responsibility.- Management accountability for all Facilities team members for day-to-day and long-term operations to include hiring, training, and developing employees which includes coaching, mentoring, and appropriate performance management up to and including separation.- Responsible for scheduling (planning, assigning, and directing work) to meet business demands.- Responsible for ensuring optimal operations during all business hours.- Implements training programs that ensure high quality service and safety.- Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to the company and encourages others to do the same.

Assists customers and casino team members with any transactions at the Player Services frontline window. Delivers Outstanding guest service by dealing up ACES! Acknowledge the guest with a friendly greeting. Convey an upbeat and positive attitude. Engage the guest and anticipate the guest’s needs. Show appreciation for the business and offer a warm farewell.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains balanced cashier's station. Process cash transactions for casino customers and team members (Includes cashing TITO and Mutual tickets, personal checks, travelers checks, exchange currency, and processing cash advances,) Sells vouchers and provides results and summaries as requested. Knowledge of current promotions and events. Be knowledgeable and comply with Title 31 regulations. Assist with drop and count teams when assigned. Enroll patrons into Players Club, issue patrons Players Club cards, maintain accurate player tracking information, and assist the Marketing Department with all casino promotions. Ensures scheduled simulcast races are on designated monitors in the OTB. Using the designated switching system. Replenish NRT units. Casino chip/token redemption Works the Main Bank and Race Book as assigned. Answers phone calls with proper phone etiquette. Complies with state, company, department policies and regulations.            Assists supervisors and co-workers as needed. Other duties may be assigned. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Must be licensed by the Maine Gambling Control Board. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
