Position SummaryMaintain the orderly and efficient operation of the key departments through the performance of office duties and assistance to the key leaders in Food and Beverage, Casino Operations, and other departments as deemed necessary. Maintain the orderly and efficient operation of key Operations Departments through the performance of office duties and provide daily assistance to the Director of F&B, Director of Casino Operations, Executive Chef and other key leaders as deemed necessary. Ensure the office operates in accordance with Company and Corporate guidelines. Coordinate and communicate daily with Operations Leaders to ensure they are kept up-to-date on daily occurring operational issues and assistance of other duties as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities - Maintains a positive attitude at all times, supporting the policies of Senior Management of the Casino.- Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.- Coordinate calendar commitments with the Operations leaders on a daily basis.- Monitor critical dates and inform Operations leaders of upcoming deadlines.- Perform word processing tasks, filing, and copying as directed by the Operations leaders.- Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information.- Correlate meetings and correspondence.- Maintain files for the assigned operations department.- Oversees the Operations departments and Kronos.- Responsible for the accurate record keeping for all Operations team members personnel files.- Perform weekly supply inventories and requisition the minimum amount of supplies required to keep the office running.- Track Team Members attendance in accordance with approved attendance tracking system for key operations department- Maintain a courteous and professional manner, which reflects credit, and encourage others to do the same.- All other duties as assigned.
