- Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, food servers, and restaurant host/ess.- Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.- Maintains par levels of operating supplies (china, flatware, glassware, utensils), condiments, and paper supplies for each service station, obtaining replacement stock in accordance with procedure. - Removes dirty dishes, soiled linen, glassware, and flatware from table and counter tops, and transports items to designated area and cleans tables (wipes) and seats. THIS IS FOR BLACKJACK DEALER SCHOOL ONLY. Offers of employment will be on a part-time basis. To be considered for the school you MUST take a math test. You MUST take the test in order to be considered for the school. You must be able to attend non-paid Dealer School classes for 6 weeks. Attendance at every class session is mandatory. Completion of the school does not guarantee a Blackjack Dealer position; you must pass an audition and a written test that will take place at the end of the school in order to be offered a position. If you are offered a position you must be able to work any days and any shift, must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night GRAVE or SWING shifts and ALL holiday periods. We are looking for enthusiastic people who will create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward guests. Make eye contact and greet the guest by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table and thank the guest for playing when they leave the table. Ensure good game protection. Ensure good game pace for all players. Ensure payouts to be made quickly and accurately. Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques. Opening and closing tables by verification of all cheque inventory. NO school week of Christmas and classes will resume on January 2, 2020!!!
