The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary for multi properties in the Tunica area, including Hollywood Casino Tunica, Bally’s and/or Resorts: - Greet all guests and assist our guests as necessary to ensure their satisfaction and return to the casino.- Provide security on assigned security posts: maintain high visibility; handle problem situations; watch for safety hazards; provide assistance in medical situations if required. - Patrol buildings and grounds of the facility as directed. - Stand watch at assigned security posts in order to oversee the comfort, safety and security of our guests.- Provide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credits. - Provide assistance to customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc. - Provide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessary.- Monitor all entry and exit from hard count, soft count, and vault, and maintains logs of these activities if required.- Dispatch other officers to various assignments and maintain activity log sheets. - Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.- Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.- Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and the supervisor.- Additional duties as required.
Responsible for maintaining close surveillance on all casino table games, service center, slots, and other activities via electronic monitoring systems, observing both guest and employee activity to maintain integrity of games and company assets. Responsible for all aspects property support of all Information Technology systems, equipment and peripheral devices. They are primary system expert for the specialty area of expertise. Provide hardware and software desktop support to employees and guests as directed. Repair or administer equipment and systems as needed.ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Line: Responsible to the Regional Manager of Information Technology for the successful performance of assigned responsibilities. Staff: Assists and advises other departments and Company personnel, as necessary, to assure the successful performance of their assigned duties and the company overall. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide primary support for their area of expertise.- Provide first and second level support to users for the applications used by the company.- Analyzes management needs regarding application systems and recommends solutions to business. - Coordinates development efforts between the end user ("client") and the Information Technology development and support staff.- For projects assigned, is responsible for all aspects of project management and coordination for the project. Ensures development and implementation of detailed project. Ensures development and implementation of detailed project plans, monitoring progress against the plan(s), and reporting project status to department and company management on a regular basis. Proactively identifies issues that may impact project scope or timetable to alert management to such issues.- Investigates and evaluates systems issues reported by clients and coordinates their resolution.- Responsible for fulfilling the quality assurance function for new and changed application systems being implemented. This includes analyzing the changes made, testing the application to ensure the system functions properly, validating they were designed in accordance with the end user or client requirements and are properly documented; develops client documentation as appropriate.- Coordinates client testing and training for the new or changed systems. Trains staff in the use of new or changed systems as appropriate.- Provides ad hoc reporting for client departments on an as needed basis.- Assists in the development of departmental standards, policies and procedures.- Assists in the training of the Application specialists.- Work in tandem with vendor support personnel to ensure product changes are tested and successfully implemented.- Will act as the property advocate to ensure assigned properties receive the required level of support from I.T. and product vendors.- Performs other duties as assigned.
