- Drive strategy and lead the development and launch of innovative casino gaming products, while working closely with leadership on decision-making and strategy-setting, including the GM of iCasino and Head of Product- Drive product features through their entire creative cycle in an Agile framework: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration- Develop and retain subject matter expertise, in order to understand and anticipate customer needs to drive product definition and positioning- Ability to operate in a hypergrowth environment, and capable of making informed and data-driven decisions with incomplete information- Oversee Product Managers who own the product backlog and work closely with Engineering to deliver great products while managing prioritization of deliverables- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience in our product, and product consistency across PI’s suite of products- Contribute to PI’s long-term product vision, roadmap, and goals, and balancing the priorities of short-term iCasino deliverables with the long-term vision across PI- Engage directly and regularly with customers to gain in-depth understanding of their business processes and product needs- Perform competitive analysis and market research to guide product planning- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure delivery of product features
