ESSENTiAL DUTiES AND RESPONSiBiLiTiES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:                           - Exchanges cash and coins in accordance with established procedures. - Assists guests with Credit applications. - Verifies Credit approval for casino departments. - Cashes personal, travelers, and payroll checks in compliance with approved procedures. - Performs Credit card cash advances. - Records any applicable cash transactions that are required by Federal Law. - Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Player Services Department. - issues and receives payments - Balances bank at end of shift. - Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow team members. - Manages difficult guest situations; Responds promptly to guest needs; Seeks guest feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments. - Responsible for providing exceptional Marquee Customer Service to all guests - This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and team members may also be asked to perform other reasonable related duties as assigned.  Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course reserves the right to revise or change job duties and responsibilities as the need arises with appropriate notification to Team Members.
