Also may need to be available for different shifts if asked to do so- Ensures proper storage of equipment, chemicals, and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company, and OSHA standards, in the dish and pot rooms, kitchens, mop rooms, and trash dock. - Reports all defective and/or unsafe equipment (cooking and ware washing) to the supervisor on duty. Will be monitoring prevent maintenance on F&B equipment in the kitchen and F&B areas.
