The key focus of this position is to develop and grow the relevance of the loyalty reward program by establishing guidelines, branding and training that is directly related. This role is also responsible for establishing a consistent and successful way in which we execute and market the program across the organization  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:- Responsible for directing the overall operations and staff of the Loyalty Rewards team. Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.- Develops the loyalty rewards program and responsible for maintaining the success of the program. Constantly seeks ways to improve the program. - Serves as the liaison between the Company and select third-party partners. Serves as primary lead for communication with those select partners and executes strategy to maximize and derive the most value from partnerships.- Responsible for proactively seeking partnerships to enhance customer value to the loyalty program.- Completes ad-hoc projects as necessary to explore additional opportunities for mychoice. Projects include, but are not limited to, exploring new partnerships, gathering and analyzing information from internal sources, or generating reports showing the effectiveness of company-wide practices and programming.  Makes suggestions for improvements based upon project findings.- Establishes brand standards, consistent execution across the enterprise and work with the properties to ensure they are followed, and properties needs are being met. - Tracks, measures and reports the effectiveness of the program. Makes changes as needed based on findings.- Benchmarks competitor and hospitality-based programs to use for program improvements.- Develops and executes all training, communication, and brand development for the loyalty reward program. - Ensures that scheduling is done in an effective and efficient manner, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving deadlines.- Responsible for preparing, monitoring and adhering to budgets and ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives. Reports budget concerns / deviations to the Executive Management.- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. - Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation for the areas under this position's supervision and carries out these responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, procedures and applicable laws.- Continuously maintains knowledge and understanding of gaming markets in which Penn National properties are located.- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
