The secondary function of this job is to provide exceptional gaming experiences for the guest while dealing with a fast and flawless game.       The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Supervisory Duties -Starting pay $18.50/hr. - Ensure enforcement of game procedures and policies as outlined in the company and departmental manuals, and in accordance with Internal Controls; monitors for compliance.- Tracks guest play and relay all pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.- Settles minor disputes and guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalates to immediate supervisor when necessary.- Informs immediate supervisor and Surveillance team of unnatural or irregular play.- Reports significant cash and cheque transactions.- Ensure compliance with Title 31 requirements and processes.- Responsible for the accountability of the chips, cards, dice, and all other gaming equipment.- Verifies table inventories and effectively manages table limits.- Responsible for the overall integrity of daily pit section operations on assigned shift.- Maintains knowledge of the status of all assigned games relative to win/loss ratios, as well as significant players and action.- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs. - Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.- Promote a positive environment for all guests and team members to promote the return visit of guests and achieve job satisfaction for all team members.- Ensures team members have the tools needed to do their jobs to maximize efficiency.- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.- Provide visible leadership in gaming operation areas.Dealer Duties  (Pay Rate $9.30 hr plus tips)- Deals a fast and flawless game.- Delivers great customer service by dealing with all games offered efficiently with an upbeat/positive attitude. - Assists in training guests not familiar with various table games products. - Promotes table games and serves guests while standing on dead games. - Demonstrates an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures- Deals games in accordance with internal controls, Colorado Division of Gaming regulations, and company policy.- Informs immediate supervisor of unnatural or irregular play and disputes on the game.- High School Diploma or equivalent- MUST HAVE Completion of Dealers School or six (6) months of experience as a dealer - Must have blackjack, Roulette and all carnival games knowledge along with one of the following games or combinations:- Craps- Baccarat- Mini bac and Pai Gow- Strong inter-personal, customer service, and communication skills. - Knowledgeable of applicable state gaming laws and regulations. - Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. - Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately to figure payoffs. - Ability to work any shift or hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.- MUST be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license : https://sbg.colorado.gov/gaming-support-license

As a Table Games Pit Manager, you are responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift in the Table Games department. Supports, administers, and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. Makes final decisions regarding service recovery. - Grants complimentary services to high limit players according to established guidelines, and resolves guest complaints or problems to ensure courteous and friendly service to all gaming customers. - Conduct individual or group pre-shift meetings with team members and provide daily feedback. - Drive improved results through staff development and training programs. - Promote a positive environment for all guests and team members to promote the return visit of guests and achieve job satisfaction for all team members. - Ensures team members have the tools needed to do their jobs to maximize efficiently. - Effectively use, administer, and manage rewards and recognition for front line team members. - Review the performance, productivity, and efficiency of team members including but not limited to periodic evaluations. - Maintain the morale of the department through open communication and teamwork by deploying targeted communication strategies that inform and build support. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters. - Provide visible leadership in gaming operation areas. - Works closely with Casino Operations Manager to implement and oversee overall strategies for the overall engagement, customer service, comp ability, games layout and mix, revenue growth, and expense management in order to maximize profitability. - Responsible for directing special projects as assigned by Casino Operations Manager, including development, implementation, effectiveness and evaluation.
