ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)- Deliver internal and external guest service by ensuring every interaction includes our Six Core Service Standards (Look Sharp, smile & greet the guest. Thank the guest and invite him or her back.).- Directly host high-end guests in the Asian communities and maintain player development accounts to ensure regular contact with guests in order to build guest loyalty.- Circulate casino floor meeting new guests and greeting familiar guests by name to develop player base; encourage return visits and create customer loyalty by establishing and developing relationships with gaming customers.- Develop player base by promoting mychoice Club to qualified gaming guests; invite guests to utilize the amenities of the club in order to develop customer loyalty.- Award customer complimentaries based on gaming action and program guidelines.- Coordinate guest visits including meals and show reservations, and assist guests with questions and special requests to ensure coordination of guest needs to provide for their maximum convenience and comfort.- Assist in the organization of special functions (parties, tournaments, etc.) and is responsible for preparing invitee lists and telemarketing efforts for special events, individual visits and/or obtain feedback on customer satisfaction.- Contact guests by calling, writing or making personal visits to increase trip frequency.Attend off property functions as a representative of the company in order to entertain or assist guests as required.- May act as a mentor to casino hosts and provide guidance on player development practices.- Oversee and coordinate guest limo and shuttle services to ensure timely guest pick up and drop off schedules.

- Cleans bathrooms and replenishes supplies.- Maintains offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, escalators and VLT Machines other work areas. - Dusts high areas, including televisions, plants, plexi-glass panels and tops of VLT machines. - Performs preventative maintenance on all janitorial equipment. - Sweeps and picks trash off floors, including entrances and apron. - Cleans spills. - Wipes off VLT Machines and cleans between them. - Washes windows, door panels, and sills. - Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays, including those at entrances and on the apron. - Dry cleans carpets. - Cleans mirrored ceilings. - Keeps storage rooms clean and organized. - Delivers cleaning and paper supplies. - Answers guest's questions about the facility. - You are required to follow new PPE and safety guidance designed to safeguard you, your fellow team members, and guests.  This will include maintaining social distancing, wearing PPE as appropriate for your role and cleaning your workstation as necessary.

- Responsible for all activity that transpires on the casino floor relative to Slots and/or Table Games.- Informs and communicates all pertinent information to the the Vice President of Casino Operations.- Observes, verifies and supervises payout transactions relative to Slots/and or Table Games.- Oversees all significant monetary exchanges to ensure prompt and accurate execution of transactions.- Completes daily personnel assignments and re-assigns personnel based on business volumes, including but not limited to Early Outs and the opening and closing of games.- Communicates interdepartmentally on an ongoing basis with departments such as Marketing, Security and Surveillance.- Completes performance appraisals for direct reports, providing clear direction as needed to meet departmental standards and achieve both departmental and company goals. Adheres to all departmental and company policies and procedures.- Responsible for key control and associated documentation.- Responsible for training and communicating all procedural changes/modifications/new policies governing games that are added to the casino floor.- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and fluctuating days off.

- Assists in any repair or maintenance of the facility as reasonably required.- Assists in fueling the vessel: follows fuel transfer procedures. - Maintains a clean, safe workplace. - Assists the Maintenance department when directed by the Facility Engineer. - Responsible for general plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance. - Performs general HVACsystem maintenance, including repairing and cleaning units, changing filters, and lubricating parts. - Responsible for general maintenance on all EVS and F&B equipment.- Conducts daily inspection rounds of facility. - Assists with manning of EOS - Emergency Operation Station as needed. Basic knowledge of monitoring equipment (e.g., Prism system, Strain Gage system, and Fire Alarm panel). - Responds to all emergencies (e.g., fire, emergency evacuation, search, man overboard). Responsible for donning of fire gear and launching of rescue boats. - Reports to the Casino Engineering Supervisor any hazardous or tHReatening condition. - Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker. - Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff. - Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
