MAJOR JOB DUTiES: Duties include, but are not limited to the following:   - Answer incoming reservation calls and input reservations. - Complete reservation forms, input cancellations, reservations and modifications. - Search for missing reservations. - Assist with input of rooming lists, as needed. - Enter white slip reservations. - Process various reports. - Answer incoming calls and direct to proper extension/room. - Page guests and patrons of the hotel for phone calls and other messages. - Take messages for administrative offices and guest rooms, and make sure messages are given to proper party. - Contact hotel administrative team members by beeper system or cellular phone. - Call or radio engineering department for service calls. - Restrict and unrestrict guest room phone lines. - Refer guests to available hotels in the area when the hotel is sold out. - Operate hotel computer to access information for guests. - Be able to execute emergency procedures of the hotel. - Assist in keeping the Call Center/PBX department neat and all equipment in working order. - input comment cards and scratch tickets into computer. - inform Manager and/or Supervisor of any problems that may occur and ensure guest problems/complaints are resolved in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner. - Must perform courteous and friendly service to all staff and guests and be able to speak in a pleasant, quiet and understandable tone of voice. - Perform related work as requested.   The above statements represent a general outline of principal job functions and should be not be construed as a complete description of all aspects and requirements inherent in this job.

 - Draft, review, and maintain interactive sportsbook and online casino AML operating procedures across all departments, for each state of operation.- Assist with drafting and editing regulatory reports and submissions while maintaining rapport with regulators in each state of operation.- Monitor and investigate, as needed, operational and procedural compliance relating to regulatory reporting, fraud identification, AML, KYC, Customer Due Diligence, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Responsible Gaming. - Assist in preparing and reviewing Suspicious Activity Reports.- Conduct investigations of suspicious activity on the interactive sportsbook and online casino platforms with Operational Compliance Manager- Track, monitor, and submit internal and external AML reports with the assistance of the Operational Compliance Manager.- Assist the Operational Compliance Manager with the identifying AML risks across the business and proposing risk mitigation solutions.- Analyze operational processes to identify areas to improve efficiency and reporting- Analyze and assist with developing internal policies and operating procedures - Research and analyze industry compliance and AML regulations and policies and provide feedback to the Compliance Team and Risk and Payments Team- Partner with other departments as needed to support the organization’s needs - Perform other duties, as assigned.
