Responsible for press releases and media correspondence in relation to marketing programs or property advertising. - Maintains relationships with outside vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective production campaigns. - Assists with formulating the brand’s long-term strategy and develops and executes marketing plans. - Responsible for inputting and managing job requests in the project management system. - Updates information and schedules within the project management system in a timely manner to ensure that all information is accurate and up to date. - Generates status reports and distribute as necessary. Creates ad-hoc reporting as needed. - Traffics ad materials and ensures that job deadlines are met. - Obtains necessary job materials, details and information pertaining to each project from necessary departments. - Assists in research for marketing and advertising projects. - Provides administrative support to the Marketing Department as needed. - Coordinates and assists in advertising promotional events and live broadcasts. - Monitors the M Resort and/or Tropicana Website “contact us” guest questions and uses discretion to provide responses to guests as necessary.
