Your daily responsibilities include

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises day to day operations of Poker Room on assigned shifts
  • Under the supervision of the Poker Manager directs the Poker Team Members to accomplish the goals of the Poker area and Table Games department Completes daily Poker Shift Operations Log for the Poker Room on assigned shift
  • Provides visible leadership in the Poker Room and other gaming operation areas
  • Ensures compliance with Title 31 requirements and processes
  • Responsible for the integrity of daily operations. Models regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

Qualifications:

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred
  • Two years of poker and/or management experience preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Ability to understand and analyze Budget & P&L Statements.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
  • Proven managerial and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors
  • Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift
  • Must be able to tolerate varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
