Your daily responsibilities include

  • Adheres to departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Controls access to the building, screens visitors and assists in directing guests to proper destination.
  • Checks identification of all persons that appear to be under 21 years of age.
  • Explains rules and provides rule card to guests with minors.
  • Maintains highly visible presence and interacts with guests as much as possible.
  • Monitors building and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
  • Stays alert for reports and responds appropriately to all violations on company property.
  • Reports unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Provides extraordinary guest service and has the resiliency to deal with the difficult customer.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a guest service-related field required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Must have the ability to remain calm in emergency or stressful situations.
