Penn Interactive (PI) is an interactive gaming company headquartered in Philadelphia. PI is the digital arm of Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), the largest regional casino operator in the U.S.). PI is looking for an experienced  Office Manager that will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control and task delegation, as well as engagement efforts in the Cherry Hill Call Center.  The Office that this role is responsible for is open 24/7 therefore, the hours may vary based on the needs of the office. 

Your daily responsibilities include

Office Management:

  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, maintenance and the building landlord.  Coordinate meetings and visits as needed.
  • Maintain the office and monitor office supply inventory. Ensure that all items are properly stocked and machines are cleaned twice per week.
  • Greet and coordinate Serve visitors by welcoming them and directing them appropriately.
  • Order and coordinate catering as needed for the office.


  • Create and organize Team Member work from home engagement as well as in-office engagement.
  • Partner with HR and Operations management to create and plan engaging team member activities, programs (including virtual events), and incentives.
  • Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures.

Office Safety and Compliance:

  • Responsible for office safety and management.  Ensure all team members are abiding by safety precautions.
  • Monitor the office for any safety, construction, or technical issues as well as security video feed, intercom system and wellness check responses. 
  • Partner with the security staff to resolve any issues or concerns that arise (on and off hours) such as building issues or access issues. 
  • Maintain the access card system and coordinate with the security staff.
  • Create and enforce office protocols and procedures as needed.
  • Stay up to date with office requirements and mandatory postings.
  • Monitor weather or state closures that may impact building closure and work with HR to ensure that team members are kept safe.


  • Assist the Human Resources team in any needed onboarding or offboarding tasks.
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment, including new hire setup.
  • Maintain a budget and reconcile expenses for the office and Sr. Director of Operations.
  • Coordinate travel and other administrative tasks for management and leadership team members visiting the office.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to office maintenance, mailing and shipping, supplies and office equipment.
  • Assist with state gaming licensing, including notary services and fingerprint management.
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry and organizing spreadsheets.
  • Additional duties as needed.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set



  • Licensed notary or willingness to become a notary.
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields requested.
  • ​Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Sense of urgency, must be able to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints. 
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, especially with shifting priorities.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain cordial and professional relationships with all levels of the business.
  • Flexibility and willingness to get the job done.
  • Office or Google Calendar experience (preferably both).
  • Strong attention to detail.


  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
  • Bonus points if you like sports or sports betting.


Gaming License

  • Must qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
  • Position requires licensing in applicable states that PI operates, which is subject to change.


Work Schedule: 

The Office Manager will be required to work in-office five days a week, typically Monday through Friday. This position supports a 24/7 facility and hours may vary based upon needs.


Physical Demands: 

The physical demands of this role may include transporting boxes, moving around a large building, operating a vehicle, and remaining in a stationary position.
