PI is looking for a Media Buyer to assist our User Acquisition Management team in the planning and buying of paid media across multiple channels, including: Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display, Online Video, CTV, Audio, Outdoor, etc. for our Penn Interactive online sportsbook and casino products.
The role will assist the Acquisition management team purchase and launch media campaigns utilizing keyword research, ad copy generation, building placements within media platforms, assigning creative rotations, adjusting bidding strategies, and overall campaign maintenance. As campaigns are analyzed and optimized, the Media Buyer will assist with vendor and placement-level optimizations to increase campaign performance.
Hands-on-keyboard experience within paid media platforms (such as AdWords, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Programmatic DSPs) is essential to the success of this role. Additional experience with app marketing is preferred.
The Media Buyer must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining positive, strong working partnerships across departments. Collaboration is key to the success of this role and the media campaigns. Openness to new ideas across all areas of the organization will strengthen acquisition strategies. It is not necessary for you to be the only idea generator for your role, but it is important for you to develop the framework to bring the best ideas to life. Alignment across teams within Penn Interactive and Penn National Gaming (including CRM, analytics, creative, product, customer service, compliance) is paramount for success.
