Your daily responsibilities include

•    Ensures the proper administration, coordination, and communication of reserved ticket blocks to maximize ticket sales and customer satisfaction.

•    Issues stay over tickets in accordance with procedures.

•    Completes all transactions in a timely manner with attentiveness to customer service.

•    Issues new and replacement Player cards to guests.

•    Establishes new and replacement Cashless, Promotional and Bonusing Accounts for guests.

·          Issues and redeems complimentary vouchers based on tracked play and internal comping guidelines. (No redemption for cash, only merchandise)

·          Responsible for taking turnstile meter readings.

·          Redeems promotional giveaway mailings, vouchers, certificates and issues the awards/prizes/cash/gift for giveaways.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • College education preferred but not necessary.
  • 6 months previous Auditing/bookkeeping or related experience 
  • Experience with personal computer preferred 
  • Dexterity to use 10-key and computer 
  • Literate and fluent in English 
  • Outstanding problem solving skills 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
  • Respond to visual and aural cues
  • Read, write, speak and understand English
  • Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
  • Manual dexterity to operate the computer and other necessary office equipment
  • Able to respond calmly to demands of internal customers and work in pressure situations 
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis, reach above head occasionally, bend below knee level occasionally, and rotate torso periodically
  • May require long periods of sitting, standing and typing at a computer keyboard
