An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or Food and Beverage related issues
Manage staff preparing work schedules and assign specific duties, also ensure adjustments are made according to business needs.
Direct and monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food and beverage preparation.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures for team members and customer service.
Direct and coordinate patron activities as it relates Ramp and Tips training pertaining to alcohol consumption and ensure LCB regulations are obeyed.
Review financial transactions, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to ensure an efficient operation.
Financial management includes but not limited to P&L analysis, budgets, Oxley requirements, ROI projections, cap X etc. as well as payroll management.
Responsible for advising and consulting with managers and supervisors on employee issues and disciplinary problems.
Plan, develop and direct the training and supervision of F&B employees in assigned areas to ensure an effective operation.
Oversee requisitions placed by managers in order to maintain adequate par levels in assigned venues.
Interviewing and hiring of salaried employees. Develops, directs and conducts training relative to assigned areas.
Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Facilitate Kaizen training and ensure proper utilization in the areas trained.
Provide analytical support as needed to ensure efficiency levels are being met in all F&B areas.

High School Diploma/GED; 1-2 years of food and beverage management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be knowledgeable in F&B costs to increase sales and profitability
