The User Experience (UX) Lead is responsible for delivering a best in class user experience for users of Penn’s new mychoice Rewards loyalty app. In this capacity the successful candidate will partner with product, engineering, marketing, creative and casino operations teams to understand business objectives, refine scope, clarify requirements, ensure technical feasibility, and collaborate to deliver intuitive, compelling, and high-performing user experience designs. Key responsibilities for this role include, but is not limited to, the creation and socialization of journey maps, wireframes, information architectures and prototypes as vehicles of collaboration to support an iterative design process.
