PI is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to maximize customer experience and player retention through the delivery of personalized marketing communications, innovative player bonus and promotional offerings, and an industry-leading omni-channel player journey experience.

 

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is a key role that sits within the CRM team as part of the broader Marketing team for our iCasino vertical. This role is responsible for the execution of a wide array of data-driven responsibilities, with the goal of increasing customer lifetime value and high levels of player retention.

 

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a comprehensive understanding of the player journey and what it means to deliver omni-channel communications at every touchpoint. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will strategize, develop, and deploy sophisticated personalization at scale across all marketing owned channels (email marketing, push notifications, in-app notifications, etc), ensuring alignment to every stage of the player lifecycle.

 

Developing timely, differentiated, and customized promotions/bonuses for our players across products is another core responsibility for this role. We’re looking for an individual with strong marketing and technology experience, deep CRM expertise, a proven track record in marketing automation, and the ability to collaborate cross functionally

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Develop and execute communications across our owned channels (email, push, in-app notifications) for our iCasino products (including social free to play casino) with a strong focus on QA of all bonuses and comms prior to being live
  • Develop dynamic promotions/bonuses across real money and free to play products
  • Create and manage new triggered and automated player lifecycle journeys based on marketing automation best practices, continuously testing and tweaking to optimize for best results.
  • Consistently develop, execute, and analyze communication testing plans.
  • Align with our in-house creative team to develop best-in-class design and copy for all owned channels
  • Ensure that all marketing content adheres to standards and aligns to marketing objectives
  • Analyze results of content-based communications, and further refine to continuously improve defined KPIs
  • Through a strategic/data-driven lens, analyze customer data, segments, and user journeys to develop hyper-efficient/personalized campaign content and create targeted lifetime value/customer lifecycle engagement campaigns
  • Organize training materials, develop best practices and present other important information across the team
  • Support development of presentations to management and key marketing stakeholders
  • Be a proactive part of the ideation process, contributing in team meetings & offsite strategy sessions

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in marketing, business administration, or related field 
  • 4+ years of experience with marketing automation, CRM, email marketing, and push notification technologies
  • Intimate knowledge of customer relationship management, customer segmentation and database management, market research practices and processes
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable with problem solving on the fly
  • Strong copywriting and project management skills
  • Analytical skills to extract key insights from large quantities of data
  • Capability to work cross-functionally, including virtual teams
  • Previous experience with email marketing is preferred with some degree of hands-on knowledge of coding in HTML and CSS

Gaming License

  • Position may require licensing in applicable states that PI operates.  If so, you must qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
