Your daily responsibilities include

Starting Pay Wage is $20.00 hr



  • Research, understand, and work within the guidelines of Title 31, Internal Controls, and State/Federal Regulations
  • Maintain Title 31 Compliance; including but not limited to, accurate and timely completion of the daily Title 31 Audit and the filing of CTRs and SARs
  • Responsible for assisting in the training, implementation, and enforcement of the property’s AML and Responsible Gaming programs.
  • Identify AML/BSA risk, and recommend mitigating controls.
  • Assist in regularly updating the property’s AML program to comply with industry best practices.
  • Timely issuance and tracking of departmental incident reports.
  • Record retention of Title 31 documentation as required by the Bank Secrecy Act and Ameristar Casino’s document retention policy.
  • Assist with in-house investigations and routine audits.
  • Research and document inquiries from Federal and State regulatory agencies, court systems, and taxing authorities.
  • Assist with routine assessments of the property’s Responsible Gaming efforts to ensure compliance with the American Gaming Associations Code of Conduct and Corporate Policy (i.e. placement of brochures, signage, literature, TM surveys). Report any identified failures to the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
  • Act as the point of contact for compliance related matters, in the absence of the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters related to the compliance department.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Exclusion program.
  • Complete special projects and other duties, as assigned.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, and minimum one (1) year of experience in compliance, audit, or investigations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities, in a demanding work environment.
  • Ability to review documents for compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • MUST be able to obtain/maintain Colorado Support Gaming license:
