We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our expanding Project Management team to support the execution of the Barstool Sportsbook and Casino product. In this role, you will be project managing several cross-functional workstreams which are critical to the growth and scalability of the Barstool Sportsbook and Casino.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Assist with the execution of PI’s overarching business goals and supports Project Management Leadership by taking ownership and manages several workstreams from start to finish.
  • Work cross-functionally with key internal and external stakeholders to identify risks, issues, actions, decisions, project plans, and milestones.
  • Lead workstream status reporting needed for PI Leadership and Project Management Leadership
  • Identifies, develops, and manages the execution of workstream meetings, and proactively works with stakeholders for agendas, continuously tracks and manages project tasks, and documents decisions made.
  • Identifies responsibilities, dependencies, and deliverables for internal and external resources required for specific projects and initiatives.
  • Champions workstream documentation and ensures all necessary documentation exists and meets quality standards.
  • Work with the Project Management team to identify scalable areas of improvement and take lead on implementing and managing change.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience, preferably a Project Management or Consulting background.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
  • Willing to roll up sleeves to track down issues on behalf of stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile tools, like Jira or Confluence.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak at a high-level to both Project Management Leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment and promoting a team-first and respectful mentality.
  • Communicate clearly, interact thoughtfully and professionally.
  • Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.

  • Key contributor for a technology product launch
  • Project management certification (PMP or Agile certifications)
  • A passion for sports and/or sports betting.

Gaming License

  • Position may require licensing in applicable states that PI operates.  If so, you must qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
