Your daily responsibilities include

We are looking for an experienced individual to manage a route office for our company. Our ideal candidate is experienced with managing a group of 5-20 employees and is capable of supporting, coaching and developing each employee while creating and maintaining a positive working atmosphere.  The ideal candidate is an individual who is able to communicate well with senior management and licensing regulators.  This position will be accountable for all operational processes, maintaining existing business relationships as well as developing new business.   This position is expected to travel (local, driving) 4-5 days per week to customer locations. in addition, this individual will be responsible for setting goals to improve business (revenue).  Applicants with a current Terminal Handler License will receive first consideration.  Our company offers assistance with the application process for new employees who are not currently licensed through the illinois Gaming Board.  

 

Daily Operational Processes include (but not limited to):

  • Monitoring revenue performance
  • Secure agreements with new locations
  • Monitor Cash Order requests
  • Managing and motivating route team
  • Review Payroll for all Route employees
  • Custodial responsibility over all Company equipment and vehicles
  • Coordinate and oversee appointments with iGB

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager of a service oriented/dispatch type operation.

 

Technical skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in coin-op amusement, ATM and/or video gaming terminal business.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience that includes developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Capable of communicating sales / marketing strategies to staff and customers.

 

Experience in general management duties, including but not limited to:

  • Financial operations and process, monitoring revenue reports
  • Basic human resource management functions
  • Team leadership and development
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Current illinois Terminal Handler or Technician license or must be able to become licensed by the illinois Gaming Board within 90 days of start date.
  • Must be a problem solver and have a strong moral character
  • Strong computer, smart phone, Excel/Word, and internet skills are required.
  • Willingness to relocate within illinois, if necessary.
  • Must submit to an independent background investigation including but not limited to criminal, driving and financial history.
