An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

Your daily responsibilities include

- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. - Responsible for deep cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and service areas according to established standards and procedures. - Ensures guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and attractive. - Reports any safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper. - Adheres to departmental uniform standards. - Attends all regular departmental meetings as well as other related meetings as scheduled. - Follows established protocol when entering and cleaning guest rooms. - Deep cleans elevators and other areas as assigned. - Maintains a list of rooms/areas that have been deep cleaned. - Reports room status on Room Attendant sheets. - Restocks Housekeeping Deep Cleaner cart with guest supplies and cleaning solutions. - Reports damage, improvement, or repair issues in the guest rooms or hotel area to the appropriate Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper. - Responds to reasonable guest requests or places guest in contact with the appropriate person for assistance. - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. - Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

- High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of previous cleaning experience preferred. - Must have effective written and verbal communication skills; must be able to speak and understand English. - Must have good customer service skills. - Must have strong time management skills and the ability to maintain an acceptable pace and quality of work. - Ability to identify circumstances or incidents that require the notification and/or approval of others. - Ability to learn predefined protocols for carrying out cleaning tasks. - Ability to follow verbal directions. - Ability to evaluate the quality of guest area cleanliness. - Must be able to perform the physical essential functions of the job. - Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
