Your daily responsibilities include

  • Work independently or as a part of a team on both reoccurring and special projects as assigned. Projects may include planning and coordinating vendor activity and purchasing efforts associated with capital projects, coordinating intercompany/multi-department projects, etc.
  • As requested, generate, review and distribute OASIS reports. Assist with writing and organization of slot move, install/removal, and conversion including identification and recording of system components. Assist with maintenance and updating of slot file and system information to ensure any change made to a slot machine on the floor is accurately reflected. Maintain similar information for table games equipment as well. Assist with required submissions of slot information to the State.
  • Assist in scheduling and administration of payroll and personnel records for all departments.
  • Assist in completing Kronos and salaried time sheets for departments & compile reports from Kronos as requested.
  • Assist in tracking attendance and generating point notifications as required.
  • Generate paperwork for department terminations, new hire, team member change and requisition forms.
  • Assist in keeping records of scheduled vacation days and shift trade days for departments.
  • Assist in maintaining and implementation of department training programs.
  • Assist as a point of contact for the purchasing department, responsible for paperwork associated with purchasing including completion of various forms as needed such as capital requests, purchase orders and check requests as well as obtaining the appropriate authority signatures and distributing to the appropriate parties. Assist with ensuring correct billing of completed PO’s and correct billing of leased equipment.
  • Administrative support functions including: organizing and maintaining critical department information, directing incoming calls, distributing mail, maintaining office equipment and assisting with organization of department activities.
  • As needed, courteously greet team members, patrons, visitors and vendors, determining their needs, assisting as necessary or directing them to the appropriate person, office, or area.
  • Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
  • Meet assignment requirements and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
  • Understand all IC’s and MICS.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
