Your daily responsibilities include

Essential Duties And Responsibilities: - Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of Red Carpet Customer Service to all guests and team members. - Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras. - Review surveillance coverage on cases of patron/internal control disputes. - Complete daily activity report and note any pertinent facts. - Monitor recording equipment, and check equipment operation. - Report all observed violations of gaming regulations and procedures to appropriate authority in order to adhere to company reporting requirements. - Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements. - Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter. - Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner. - Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies. - Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must be at least 21 years of age.   - Associates degree from a college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Minimum of six months related experience and/or training preferred - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals - Ability to write accurate reports and correspondence - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and apply concepts of basic algebra. - Ability to speak effectively before groups of management or employees of organization
