Your daily responsibilities include

  • Assists in the preparation of the weekly schedule for each shift based on business needs
  • Accurate and timely tracking of employee PTO, special requests, and FMLA
  • Work with teams to process timely PAFs
  • Responsible for daily tracking of employee time and attendance
  • Records payroll information in an accurate and timely manner
  • Prepares reports, documents, and files as necessary
  • Responds to team leaders’ questions or concerns
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs
  • Ensures behavior and appearance are incompliance with established standards
  • Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times
  • Participates in meetings and training as required
  • Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping and/or Scheduling ERP
  • Excellent communications skills both written and oral
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence/memos
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers or staff, customers and the general public
  • Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of office machines is required including personal computer, copier, and fax
  • Understanding of casino games and scheduling process
  • Must be diplomatic and tactful and have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with employees
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours, and overtime as business needs dictate
