Your daily responsibilities include

- Sr Security Supervisors are employed to direct security, fire safety officers and EMT's in the performance opf their daily duties and responsiblities. - Ensures consistent external and internal customer service goals are being achieved. - At the direction of the security shift manager, may be required to develop and post work schedules relative to shift operations. - Maintains a safe environment for our guests and employees in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength and compliance goals. - Provides encouragement, sets high expectations, and sets proud and positive examples necessary to ensure a fun, exciting and professional working environment for our staff and a pleasant and entertaining experience for our guests. - Ensure Security Officers adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards consistent with security department and company standards. - Enforce internal control policies and procedures. - Enforce underage gambling and drinking laws. - Maintain safety and inspections reports for the complex. - Conduct regular security post inspections. - Prepare sedcurity incident reports and maintain security logs. - Respond to guests and employees concerns and complaints and resolve their problems with professionalism and compassion. - Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.  - Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing concerns; and resolving problems. - This position will be required to perform the duties of a Security Shift Manager. This will include informing the Director of Security, PGCB and any other department or agency of any emergency situations, or system malfunctions as required by internal controls. - Supervisory over functional areas of the Security Department

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

- High school diploma/GED; or six months to one year of experience that demonstrates qualities of sound judgment and dependability or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. - Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests and regulatory agencies. - Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and manuals. - Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests. - Must have the ability to write reports. -  Basic computer knowledge; MS Office. - Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.  This position requires a Key License. - Must possess a valid driver’s license.
