Your daily responsibilities include

  • Manages digital marketing analytics reporting and all related processes. 
  • Responsible for regular reporting on marketing KPIs.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to identify meaningful digital metrics.
  • Identify trends in the data that our digital products produce to help inform marketing strategies and product improvements.
  • Work with product and IT to implement ideal analytic tagging across all digital platforms.
  • Provide deep analytical analysis on paid media campaigns.
  • Builds and monitors dashboards to track and optimize digital performance. Makes improvements as needed based upon analytics.
  • Defines and provides marketing deliverables in real time based upon past campaign performance.
  • Establishes standardized views for measuring marketing performance across the property, including but not limited to areas of customer loyalty program, promotions, amenity offers, internet/social media engagement.
  • Develops a site traffic / social engagement report that is delivered to properties monthly. Recommends improvements to internal stakeholders.
  • Leads an A/B test of restaurant page redesign to determine the effectiveness of menus on page vs dedicated landing page.
  • Leads oversight and enterprise reporting of online reputation management.
  • Outlines and implements an attribution model for paid search, social and digital display.
  • Develops data reporting procedures and templates to help identify project strengths and opportunities.
  • Oversees day to day analytics for multiple marketing functions in near real time. This includes but is not limited to campaigns, marketing promotions, events, offers, test, and controls.
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise.  Responsible for the overall achievement of department customer service goals.
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or related field from a four-year college or university; or five or more years of experience in an analytical role working with property marketing initiatives, such as segment profitability analysis, pro and post forma analysis, and traditional analytical methods to measure performance and ROI; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Leadership experience required.  Experience managing projects within the gaming industry experience in a marketing or analytical function is preferred but not required. 
  • Must be Google Analytics/ Google Tag Manager Certified.
  • Must have experience with data visualization platforms, Data Studio preferred.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Must have the ability to quickly adapt to new concepts.
  • Must be proactive and have the ability to quickly pivot between projects in real time.
  • Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
  • Must have excellent time management skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented and organized.
  • Must have technical knowledge of database queries and how to interpret analysis.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong presentation and client interface skills.
  • Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints.
  • Must have advanced experience with regional and relational databases across multiple channels. Experience with a variety of campaign management tools is preferred.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of systems and processes (included but limited to email, SMS, onsite messaging, push notifications, etc.).
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to drive results.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
