Responsible for assigning, directing and overseeing engineers to ensure jobs are completed in a timely and professional manner.  Trains and develops team members, originates and maintains all necessary documentation, certifications, etc.  Ensures safety of team members and facilities.

Essential Functions

1. Directs, assigns, coordinate and supervise maintenance team members.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and plumbing problems.
3. Oversight and management of work being performed by outside contractors.
4. Intake, prioritization and assignment of work order requests.
5. Establish proper schedule for preventative maintenance work on all equipment.
6. Walk daily route, reporting and supervising necessary repairs.
7. Maintain established standards of quality for all work on property.
8. Train and coach team members as necessary.
9. Conduct weekly safety meetings.
10. Estimate repairs costs.
11. Solicitation and evaluation of proposals from outside vendors.
12. Other job-related duties as assigned.

Excellent communication skills. Understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff.  Read, write and communication verbally in English.  Ability to perform intermediate math. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.  Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Excellent computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office suite of software. Excellent organization and time management skills.
