Overview

The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control and task delegation.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Assist with data entry and organize spreadsheets
  • Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Manage executives' schedules, calendars and appointments
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Responsible for developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Flexibility and willingness to get the job done even if it's not in your job description
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Office or Google Calendar experience (preferably both)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Bonus points if you like sports, betting, or have casino experience.
