As such, PI is looking for a Senior Analyst, UI/UX Conversion Optimization to assist in accelerating the growth of PI’s real money gaming products, including its online sportsbook and online casino games.  


As a passionate and result-driven product marketing analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing how different UI, UX, and product changes impact the marketing funnel. You will lead A/B testing and provide recommendations and insights to Penn Interactives marketing and product teams in critical decision-making that drives key marketing planning across the user journey.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Serve as the marketing team’s subject matter expert for measuring the impact that changes in product, UI or UX have on the marketing funnel
  • Create, execute and refine A/B testing efforts to optimize user conversion rates across various stages in the user lifecycle
  • Coordinate with design and product teams to ensure smooth communication and implementation of tests
  • Design and maintain dashboards for various stakeholders in the organization as it pertains to user conversions, as well as support the product, UI and UX team’s dashboarding needs
  • Provide monthly reporting to the marketing organization on conversion funnel utilizing market research and tools (heatmaps, A/B Test Results, and session recordings)
  • Clearly communicate insights and recommendations by the marketing team backed by data
  • Maintain necessary processes, controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy and marketing functionality and comply with the various regulatory, privacy, and security policies and regulations
  • Partner with Data Engineering team to ensure the Marketing team’s data needs are being implemented

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics or other quantitative fields. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered
  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics, UI/UX conversion optimization
  • High proficiency in A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, etc)
  • Proficiency in specialized database software and writing SQL queries to solve business problems
  • Highly experienced in creating reports and dashboards in a modern data visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI etc).
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office suite, with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large quantities of data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Basic knowledge of data engineering principles and ETL process
  • Ability to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints 
  • Passion for sports AND/OR sports betting highly regarded
