Overview

Penn Interactive (PI) is a real-money interactive gaming company headquartered in Philadelphia. As the digital arm to Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), the largest regional casino operator in the U.S., we are poised for fast-paced growth in the sports betting and online casino space and are looking for a Technical Auditor to join our expanding Barstool Sportsbook team!

 

The Technical Auditor will be responsible for the entire auditing framework and supporting all engineering and product teams internally, along with working cross functionally with compliance and security operations teams to ensure we comply with external audits.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Be able to assist in understanding new regulations from industry that would affect the team
  • Develop internal audit checklists and assessments to ensure compliance by the engineering teams to policies to prepare for audits.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into technical language for developers
  • Create and maintain documentation around policies and procedures needed for the engineering team 
  • Assist in quarterly and annual technical audits with regulatory bodies
  • Assist with other compliance documentation needs as they arise

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Minimum five years’ experience in Information Technology audit or Information Security with experience dealing with audits and or assessments.
  • Understanding of organizational IT policies and compliance to them
  • Background in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare and gaming
  • Knowledge about the ISO domains and standards; Knowledge about security frameworks such as NIST
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with technical and non-technical stakeholders
