As such, PI is looking for a Community Media Specialist to assist the Director, CRM in increasing our player engagement across the omni-channel approach to market, with specific focus of maximizing our social media fan base & player advocacy.
The Community Media Specialist is a key role that sits within the CRM team as part of the broader Marketing team for our Barstool Sportsbook vertical and is responsible for managing the social media tools by way of researching & analyzing the results of our campaigns & posts across all social media platforms in which we operate.
Your goal is to increase the fan base engagement and overall conversion to elicit advocates with increasing LTVs (revenue, time, and profitability), in addition to monitoring for any compliance & regulatory flags that need further escalation. You are data focused with proven capabilities in managing social media audiences & communities at scale ensuring a consistent brand voice, tone and overall a positive player experience across all social media platforms in use.
This role requires an analytical approach to creative delivery – knowing how to communicate on brand with tone & voice a critical component of our fan management. Together with a proven track record in social media management and the ability to collaborate cross functionally across different business units.
