Overview

 

Penn Interactive (PI) is an interactive gaming company headquartered in Philadelphia with offices in Las Vegas. As the digital arm to Penn National Gaming (NASDAQ: PENN), the largest regional casino operator in the U.S., we are poised for fast-paced growth. As such, PI is looking for a Marketing Analyst to accelerate the growth of PI’s Hollywood Casino Social and iCasino products.

 

This person will be responsible for assisting with CRM campaign analysis, loyalty and retention strategy, and VIP tactics. This position will include a combination of marketing analysis, VIP relationship management, and overall CRM and loyalty execution and strategy.

Your daily responsibilities include

  • Performs analysis of marketing campaigns for Hollywood Casino Social and iCasino products to deliver data rich and actionable analysis
  • Execute analysis related to marketing attribution, marketing mix modeling, and customer lifecycle
  • Designs A/B tests to analyze player behavior hypotheses
  • Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting and maintaining dashboards on CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, VIP performance, and mychoice loyalty program
  • Assist with CRM and VIP campaigns from ideation through execution
  • Communicate opportunities for optimization and campaign performance
  • Maintain relationships and provide support to VIP players
  • Develop and enhance KPIs for managing and assessing the success of the VIP marketing channels, retention, and overall VIP strategy
  • Assess the business to build VIP marketing strategies that align with our CRM strategies
  • Optimize and enhance our VIP program to maximize VIP acquisition and retention
  • Performs other duties to support all Penn Interactive revenue streams as assigned

To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with coursework
  • 2+ years of relevant hands on marketing experience (preferably in online gaming, brick and mortar casino, or related industry) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases, Excel, SQL, Tableau.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, attribution platforms (AppsFlyer), and marketing management platforms (GTM, CRM platforms, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Data driven marketing minded
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraint
