As such, PI is looking for a Creative Director to accelerate the growth of PI’s real money gaming products, including its online sportsbook and online casino games.
Working closely with the VP Marketing, Director CRM, Director Acquisition, and the Director Marketing Analytics you’ll lead the Marketing creative team, and work to maximize player engagement and conversion by researching, documenting and implementing innovative marketing creative strategies and execution plans. We have grand visions and intend to execute fast while staying true to our product standards, brand, and core values. Ideally, you’ve had experience growing and managing a marketing creative team, developing creative strategy across the customer funnel for a digital-first businesses in the $100M+ annual revenue range while not forgetting what being resourceful means, and rolling up your sleeves to taking on functional design roles and tasks when the situation requires it.
The Creative Director is a key management position within the Penn Interactive Sportsbook Marketing team and is responsible for defining and executing creative strategies to best reach our Sportsbook players. This role manages the entire marketing creative strategy that is inclusive of strategic planning, creative technology management, and people management. Your goal is to increase the player conversion and lifetime value (revenue, time, and profitability) through increased engagement and retention through the creative offering. You are data focused, which informs your creative strategic planning. You have proven capabilities in developing highly sophisticated creative solutions to meet the marcomms plan of the various marketing delivery managers as well as the holistic marcomms omni-channel player experience given the ever evolving communication channels and development of a robust test & learn environment.
This role requires strong marketing creative and design experience, deep expertise & a proven track record in creative strategy, as well as the ability to collaborate cross functionally.
