    Prairie State Gaming is looking for a top-performing sales executive to build new business relationships with strategic enterprise accounts to execute operating agreements for the placement of Video Gaming Terminals (VGTs). We’re seeking an energetic and top-performing "hunter" to advance their sales career in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle sales process with our largest prospective clients.  Prospective clients include national corporate hospitality chains and major truck stop corporations.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Consistently generate face to face opportunities with assigned enterprise corporate accounts, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding sales experience to customers
    • Cold call / email and identify decision makers within target enterprise accounts
    • Network and convert leads into sales opportunities and close new business, including Enterprise accounts
    • Map client organizations and build relationships with multiple contacts focusing on decision-makers
    • Fully understand and sell Prairie State Gaming’s product and value proposition
    • Understand client’s business objectives and challenges and align Prairie State Gaming’s proven revenue generating product to accomplish their goals
    • Create and present financial analyses to clients
    • Review contracts and agreements with clients
    • Maintain detailed account information in Salesforce, allowing management to easily understand the status of customer relationships and the opportunity pipeline
    • Deliver web presentations on Prairie State Gaming’s value proposition
    • Continuously manage and nurture sales pipeline
    • Compliant with all Illinois Gaming Board rules and regulations

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 4+ years inside sales experience
    • Track record of grassroots networking and lead generation experience
    • Motivated and tenacious with an unwillingness to settle for anything less than the best
    • Hungry for career growth and six-figure commissions ready to tackle new challenges with a clear desire to have a major impact on both Prairie State Gaming’s growth and Penn National Gaming’s overall revenue.
    • Strong time management skills, creative problem solver and self-sufficient worker
    • Experience engaging gatekeepers and reaching C-Suite decision makers
    • Contract sales experience
    • C-Suite sales experience
    • Proactive problem-solver and product improvement track record
    • Driven, outgoing and positive attitude
    • Superior communication skills, written and oral
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Experience using Salesforce
    • Strong computing skills; included but not limited to Microsoft Excel
    • Exceptional attitude toward teamwork, obstacles, and competition
    • Excited to thrive in a fast-paced, emerging market
