    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    Welcomes guests to the Poker Room, provides information to the players about promotions, tournaments,games and limits, adds players’ information on to an electronic waiting list,
    and performs other duties as assigned including but not limited to:


    • Seats players in Poker games.
    • Delivers chips to poker players from the cage to the table.
    • Answers telephone inquiries and responds to guest questions accurately and politely.
    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates Red Carpet Customer Service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
    • Ensures behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards.
    • Maintains a professional work environment with management, staff and guests.
    • Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times.
    • Participates in meetings and training as required.
    • Performs all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
    • Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Excellent communication skills.   Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, fellow employees, guests and/or the general public.
    • Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions
      applicable to business needs.
    • Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written,
      oral, diagram or schedule form.
    • Must obtain/maintain licensing with the Ohio Casino Control Commission.
    • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.   Champion of Red
      Carpet Customer Service and building positive team spirit.  Must be diplomatic and tactful and have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with employees. Previous customer service experience preferred.  Flexible
      to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate.

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee: must be able to
      maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in
      a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers,
      management, employees and others;  is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; stand; speak; hear; handle; reach; stoop; kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close and distance vision; color and depth perception; and peripheral
      vision.   The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds.

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working in an environment with higher than normal noise levels.
