    Your daily responsibilities include

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

     

    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
    • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

    Advertising:

    • Coordinate marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments.
    • Submit creative jobs to Creative Shared Services team via internal tracking portal called InMotion. Track, route and edit creative before finalizing artwork and sending to vendor.
    • Ensures all signage (both digital and static) on property is updated, timely and consistent with brand guidelines.
    • Supports the development of press releases and media correspondence in relation to marketing programs or property advertising.
    • Assists all internal departments with collateral, print, out of home and digital requests.
    • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
    • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.

    Social Media:

    • Creates and monitors all M Resort Social Media Event Pages in conjunction with internal departmental needs
    • Manages reputation management (customer inquiries) for the property on multiple review websites/platforms and within Review Tracker.
    • Conducts social media and influencer research activities for the property marketing team as applicable.
    • Provides organic social media analytics reporting as needed.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
    • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
    • Photography skills/experience and ability to work in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) required.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.

     

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES                                                     

    This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

     

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

     

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

     

    REASONING ABILITY

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

     

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
