    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Greets and welcomes all guests in a friendly manner.
    • Explains car retrieval procedure.
    • Parks vehicles in parking lot for customers.
    • Retrieves vehicles for guest quickly and efficiently.
    • Keeps the Valet area clean.
    • Opens Hotel doors for guests as needed.
    • Runs to and from parking lot when parking or retrieving vehicles.
    • Escort incoming hotel guest to rooms, assist with luggage.
    • Offers information pertaining to services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
    • Delivers packages, suitcases and trunks as needed.
    • Carries out duties of both Coat Room Attendant and Valet Cashier as necessary to cover break periods.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Ability to drive a manual or standard shift transmission.
    • Ability to use basic math skills to provide accurate change.
    • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to10 pounds, and possess the mobility and dexterity to meet the demands incumbent to this position.
    • Must be able to stand 100% of shift
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and fluctuating days off.
    • Ability to sustain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of energy.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have acceptable driving history as determined by Penn National Gaming’s auto insurance carrier.
