    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Demonstrate outstanding internal and external service in accordance with “ACES” guidelines
    • Safeguard property premises and parking areas
    • Patrol the property premises
    • Report any suspicious activity to the approariate departments, management and or local authorities 
    • Create incident reports
    • Follow all safety rules
    • Attend departmental and company meetings as required
    • Other duties assigned

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Must be 18 years of age
    • High School degree or equivalent experience related to nature of position
    • Ability to maintain HCA identified responsible alcohol service certification
    • Ability to read, comprehend and interpret written and/or oral instructions
    • Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
    • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
    • Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English

    Ability to understand and perform duties in accordance with:

    • Hollywood Casino Aurora Core Values
    • Departmental, property and company policies and standards
    • Illinois Gaming Board requirements
    • Sarbanes-Oxley
    • Internal Controls
    • Must have a valid Driver's License

    Physical demands:

    • Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations including ability to walk, sit, reach, push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs

    Work Enviroment:

    • The work area is indoors and outdoors and the temperature is changing.
    • May be exposed to fumes, odors, cramped quarters, bright lights, and low lights.
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
