    Your daily responsibilities include

    This position will be responsible for enhancing the growth of gaming revenues through the development of our Asian customer base, maintaining relationships with valued Asian guests and marketing our gaming product to potential high-limit Asian guests.



    • Provide stellar customer service.
    • Identify and develop personal relationships with new and first time Asian guests.
    • Must be responsible for promoting a positive influence in the Asian community and participating in company-sponsored events.
    • Required to be present at off property Asian and Asian American events in the community including but not limited to: golfing events; trade shows; store openings and dinner parties.
    • Must be able to travel in the metro Kansas City area and also other Penn National Gaming properties throughout the United States at least once per quarter.
    • Responsible for the creation of Asian Marketing events, gaming and non-gaming.
    • Accompany guests at meals and other activities or events.
    • Give tours of the facility and make dinner or hotel reservations.
    • Properly administer and account for comps using sound discretion for the purpose of increasing gaming and generating revenue.
    • Plan, administer and host special events including pre-planning, organizing, setting up, ordering supplies, and other related activities while using sound discretion and appropriate use of funding available for hosted activities, for the purpose of increasing gaming and generating revenue.
    • Be present at all outlets especially the Casino floor or areas where guests are present in a quantity of time sufficient to provide quality service.
    • Analyze data as needed for determination of “high end” players.
    • Be available to provide various guest services such as comp of meals, taking phone reservations and arranging for accommodations.
    • Maintain relationships with valued guests through professional, telephone, email, direct mail and in person.
    • Review and manage dormant accounts. Compile data reports as needed to efficiently administer host activities.  Make sound decisions regarding what segment of players should be included in hosted activities for the purpose of increasing gaming and generating revenue.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of player information including but not limited to personal information such as name, address, contact information, level of play, wins, losses, number of visits, etc.
    • Address and manage complaints, grievances or concerns from team members and patrons and support quality customer service.
    • Provide for the safety of team members, including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter and performing all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
    • Support, implement, administer and manage standards of excellence among team members.
    • Understand and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies and procedures.
    • Make determinations regarding types of materials, supplies, or tools to be used and account for financial expenditures of any such purchases.
    • Effectively manage departmental and company expenses including player development budgeting.
    • Effectively and efficiently manage labor costs and staffing objectives while achieving guest satisfaction.
    • Protect and preserve assets of the company.
    • Understand and adhere to all bargaining unit agreements.
    • Meet grooming and appearance requirements, specifically appearing professional at all times.
    • Meet attendance guidelines.
    • Comply with all reasonable requests made by management.

    Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of one year related experience and/or training in sales or casino business including table games and slots, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have a cultural understanding of the Asian Community.  Previous customer service and experience with the Asian Community is required.



    Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as either Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese is required.  Ability to prepare, read and interpret documents. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people.



    Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.



    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.



    Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
