    Your daily responsibilities include

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all inclusive for specific positions.)

    • Ensure the successful execution of giveaways, promotions, events and tournaments.
    • Plan and organize the set-up of giveaways, promotions, events and tournaments. Including set up of tables, computers/ iPads, pallets of giveaway items, décor and paperwork.   
    • Determine supplies necessary for giveaways, promotions, events and tournaments to ensure the timely procurement of necessary items.
    • Communicate goals and needs to supporting departments to facilitate planning of giveaways, promotions, events and tournaments.
    • Keeps accurate inventory of giveaway items.
    • Accurately fills out prize paperwork for drawings, tournaments and other events.
    • Sends communication of promotions progress to team.
    • Coordinates the upkeep and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper operation.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming license
    • Experience coordinating or managing events
    • Experience negotiating purchases for good and services
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other similar computer applications

    These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of an Associate’s Degree in marketing, project management or related field and 3 years experience in marketing or special events related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
