    Your daily responsibilities include

    The Administrative Assistant for the Table Games Department is an integral part of the development and promotion of the exciting changes at Tropicana Las Vegas.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assist Casino Operations with ordering, scheduling and payroll.
    • Maintain  Team members files, processing new hires, 
    • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Table Games Department...
    • Provide and keep maintain Gaming reports, game moves, repair schedules and maintenance issues, updates to ACSC, Table View Visual Limits. 
    • Obtains and distributes department mail.
    • Answers and directs phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
    • Communicates with clients providing exceptional customer service.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

    • Has at least 1 year Casino Operations experience 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Kronos
    • Able to work flexible schedule. 
    • Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
    • Able to make effective and thorough decisions and solve problems.
    • Takes ownership of all tasks and projects.
    • Able to multitask and stay on track with deadlines.
    • Takes initiative when needed.
    • Able to constantly maintain high standards.
    • Always presents a well-groomed appearance.

     

    EDUCATION:   High School Diploma or GED.
