    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
    • Oversees performance of mychoice Representatives to ensure adherence to departmental policies and achievement of departmental goals.
    • Assists in training new mychoice Representatives.
    • Encourages customers to use the mychoice card, explaining the advantages of the card, as well as promoting the usage.
    • Helps coordinate mychoice promotions and assists with marketing promotions and special events as needed.
    • Reports and completes documentation as requested.
    • Performs all duties of a mychoice Representative as needed or required.
    • Maintains courteous and outgoing attitude with both in-house and public contacts.
    • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree a plus.
    • Minimum six (6) months of Player Services or related experience required; some supervisory experience preferred.
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Must have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Sales or Marketing background helpful.
    • Strong computer skills required; must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
