    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Accurately administer and oversee the operations of an assigned area.
    • Oversee all Dealers as assigned.
    • Maintains table chip trays and bank rolls.
    • Effectively train and supervise dealers to ensure proper procedures of Game Rules, Missouri Gaming Commission Regulations and the approved System of Internal Controls.
    • Verify all table games transactions in assigned area.
    • Track essential play and relay all pertinent information to Table Games Manager.
    • Function as a Table Games dealer as needed.
    • Only one change in a job function will be permitted per shift and once a person has been assigned a different job function, that person must remain in that function for the remainder of the shift.
    • A person shall not perform verification of his or her own work.
    • Inspects gaming equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and security.
    • Changes equipment as deemed necessary.
    • Relieves dealers as needed.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • College degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing or related field preferred.
    • Must be able to oversee numerous monetary transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Must enjoy working with the public, which at times can become demanding.
    • Previous work experience in dealing with people.
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
    • Six months of previous Table Games experience in a fast-paced casino environment.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
    • Good oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
    • Proven managerial and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies
    • Must possess excellent interpersonal and employee relations skills
    • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors
    • Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around pit area as well as entire property for entire shift
    • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
    • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds and air quality
    • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
