    Your daily responsibilities include


    Oversee the operations of the Facilities, Security, Valet and Environmental Services (EVS) functions. Develop programs to enhance the protection of assets, reduce company liability, provide a clean customer environment and execute an efficient valet operation.  Ensure that company operations are conducted in compliance with federal, state and local law; including state gaming regulations.  Conduct all investigations of criminal conduct.



    • This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Cast Members.  
    • Manage and develop facility capital budgets and project plans.
    • Develop and implement goals for the security, EVS, facilities and valet functions.
    • Ensure consistency in departmental policies and procedures for the property.
    • Evaluate activities affecting integrity and liability issues and modify internal controls, policies or procedures to remedy the problem.
    • Review activity reports to monitor performance of respective functions.
    • Collaborate with other department heads formally and informally to ensure efficient and effective procedures are being utilized.
    • Aid in the development of and constant monitoring of the operating budget for the security, facilities, housekeeping and valet departments.  Propose capital improvements.
    • Monitor Team Member and guest claims.  Ensure all procedures facilitate the investigation and administration of the claims to minimize the company’s exposure.
    • Monitor the safety programs and make proposals to minimize the physical risks to our Team Members and guests.
    • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the enforcement arm of our regulators.
    • Conduct internal investigations regarding criminal conduct or any other sensitive issue.
    • Ensure that company cleanliness standards are maintained by the housekeeping and facilities departments.
    • Keep abreast of products to improve housekeeping quality standards and/or efficiencies.
    • Monitor and maintain valet efficiency and courtesy standards.
    • Develop management staff through mentoring, counseling or guidance.
    • Conduct inspections of the facilities and indicate areas for improvement.
    • Investigate and recommend expansion or development projects to further the property’s profits.
    • Ensure the key company personnel are aware of all major integrity/liability issues.
    • Plan and formulate departmental budgets.
    • Monitor departmental expenses and ensure compliance with budget.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set


    Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws.  Knowledge of the gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies and procedures.  Five years experience in facilities project management required. Casino security experience required and three years managerial experience in related those areas.  Bachelors Degree is required.  Must be at least 21 years of age.  This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Team Members. Must understand and speak the English language.  Must have a valid Illinois Drivers License.  This position is required to drive a company vehicle and adhere to the company MVR policy.




    While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear.  The Team Member frequently is required to stand and walk.  The Team Member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.  The Team Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  The Team Member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.  Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs occasionally.  Must possess a physical fitness level to control and restrain unruly guests.
