    An individual could be successful if they possess the following.

    Your daily responsibilities include

    • Deliver personalized and knowledgeable guest service using Penn National Gaming’s ACES Service Standards

    • Promote Marquee Rewards program; issue cards, explain how to use, and encourage usage

    • Complete computer data entry for program members

    • Solicit card sign-up on the floor and explain card benefits

    • Work in the Marquee Rewards Center; distribute entry forms for promotions, issue VIP cards, answer questions, exchange vouchers for gifts, answer phone and perform other tasks as assigned. 

    • Must be able to explain redemption procedures to customers of cashing out comps and printing out redemption vouchers

    • Consistently follow internal controls related to position

    To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set

    • Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D.

    • Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Must have prior working knowledge of computer systems.  Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute on a computer

    • Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations, including a valid gaming license and ETips – Training for Alcohol Intervention Procedures

    • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter

    • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner

    • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to lift up to 15 lbs., and the ability to reach and bend when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

    • Must be able to stand during your shift and work in a smoking environment
